Most of the homes we work on were built for a different way of living. A home renovation is about fixing that — opening up the living areas, improving natural light and airflow, reworking a poor layout, and lifting the finish of the whole house so it feels considered rather than patched together.
We plan the work properly before anything starts. That means understanding the existing structure, identifying what's behind the walls, sequencing the trades and setting out the scope clearly so you know what's included and what isn't. Where drawings, engineering or certification are needed, we coordinate them.
During construction you deal with one person. You'll know what's happening each week, who is on site and what's coming next, and any changes are discussed and agreed before the work proceeds.
