Design and build means the builder is part of the conversation from the start. Instead of finishing a design and then discovering it doesn't suit the budget or the existing structure, we work alongside the designer as ideas develop, giving practical feedback on cost, buildability and sequencing.
We coordinate the people a renovation needs — designers or draftspeople, structural engineers, building certifiers and specialist trades — so you're not managing a group of separate consultants who don't talk to each other.
The result is a smoother project: fewer redesigns, a scope that's realistic before it's priced, and a clear line of responsibility from concept through to the final handover walkthrough.
