We work through the feasibility early — what the existing structure can carry, how the roof and drainage will resolve, where services run, and what the approval pathway looks like. Getting that clear up front avoids the expensive surprises that derail extension projects.
Once construction starts, we stage the work to keep the home as liveable as practical, protect the existing house from weather and dust, and keep you informed as each stage completes.
