Our story
Toogood Build Co. Pty Ltd started as Toogood Carpentry, doing structural carpentry and renovation work around the Gold Coast. You may have seen our earlier work at toogoodcarpentry.com.au. Over time clients kept asking us to take on more — the whole bathroom, the whole extension, the whole house — so the business grew into a residential building company focused on renovation work.
Today we work with homeowners across the Gold Coast and the Northern Rivers of NSW on home renovations, bathroom renovations, extensions, design and build projects, and carpentry. Carpentry is still an important part of what we do, and it's the reason our renovations are planned around the structure rather than around the surface.
We stay deliberately small. The builder is personally involved in each project — planning it, running the site and coordinating the trades — which is what keeps the communication direct and the quality consistent.
Renovating an existing home is unpredictable work. What we can control is how carefully it's planned, how clearly it's explained and how well it's built.
